Parent Contact Log

Answer nine quick questions about a parent contact; get an EdPlan-ready log entry with the result of the conversation written for you.

1

Student(s)

One student, siblings, or a caseload group — one contact, and each student gets their own individualized log entry. For a caseload-wide contact, "Parent/Guardian Name" can just be "Parents/Guardians".

2

Who Made the Contact?

3

Names

Remembered on this device so you only type it once.

4

Contact Method

Tap one — the same options as the EdPlan dropdown.

5

Date & Time

6

Contact ResultOptional

Pick one whenever it fits the outcome: the meeting responses (will attend / will not attend / rescheduled) — and "Parent could not be reached" or "No response" for any failed attempt, behavior and grade calls included. A failed attempt is still a contact worth logging. Leave "None" only when you actually connected and no meeting was involved.

7

Rough Notes

Start from a template, dictate with the mic, or just type — whatever is fastest.

This is the raw material the Paspula-Trained AI turns into the polished Notes and the Result of Conversation.

8

DocumentationOptional

Attach a text screenshot, doctor's note, written note, PDF, or a text file (.txt, .md, .docx) — the AI reads these and works their content into your Notes. Audio can't be listened to — convert it to .txt/.md/.docx (or old .doc → save as .docx) and upload the transcript instead. Nothing is stored anywhere.
